Overview
Vivenu is used to manage ticket sales and event capacity for FKL events. Access is granted on request — use the Contact Support button on the OD if you need an account. Ticket volumes for each event must be set correctly based on the number of season passes sold and the operational capacity available.Find the number of season passes sold
Open the OD, find the event, and identify the number of tickets sold under season passes.
Calculate remaining capacity
Based on the total number of tickets that can be sold within a category, calculate how many individual tickets remain available.
Adjust for operational capacity
If the number of available karts is reduced on the day, lower the ticket volume accordingly. Do not sell more tickets than you have karts to support.
