# Updating Ticket Volumes

> Managing ticket volumes and event capacity in Vivenu.

## Overview

Vivenu is used to manage ticket sales and event capacity for FKL events. Access is granted on request — use the **Contact Support** button on the OD if you need an account.

Support is available via the Vivenu Wiki videos (links provided separately) and their live chat, which is available 24/7.

## Managing Ticket Volumes

Ticket volumes for each event must be set correctly based on the number of season passes sold and the operational capacity available.

**1. Find the number of season passes sold**

Open the OD, find the event, and identify the number of tickets sold under season passes.

**2. Calculate remaining capacity**

Based on the total number of tickets that can be sold within a category, calculate how many individual tickets remain available.

**3. Adjust for operational capacity**

If the number of available karts is reduced on the day, lower the ticket volume accordingly. Do not sell more tickets than you have karts to support.

**4. Update Vivenu**

Update the ticket volume in the relevant single event in Vivenu to reflect the correct available capacity.
