## Overview

We have two infrastructure patterns that back our projects hosted on AWS.

> The infrastructure project that is the absolute dependency of all SGAT software hosted on AWS, provisioning the main MongoDB EC2 instance.

> **[SG-Infra](/software/developer/estate/infra/sg-infra)**
>
> The newer infrastructure project, making significant improvements on the former - only used by FMP currently. This is an improved iteration on the original infra pattern.
